The 40th Annual Meeting of the American Society of Reclamation Sciences (formerly the American Society of Mining & Reclamation) will provide an amazing opportunity for your company or organization to interface with reclamation professionals and those who influence decisions about the purchase of products and services for the mining and reclamation industry. This year’s conference will be held at the Boise Centre (www.boisecentre.com). We will have a large section assigned for the exhibitor hall that will provide vendors will plenty of exposure. The conference is being designed to focus on our exhibitors with many happy hour and refreshment times that will be hosted in the exhibitor hall. A quick snapshot of what the Annual Meeting will include:
- Tour of the Reclaimed DeLamar Mine will be hosted by Integra Resources Corporation on Sunday, June 4.
- An “Ice Breaker” social will be held the evening of Sunday, June 4.
- Keynote Speakers, including Dan Silver with the CDA Trust, will kick things off the morning of June 5.
- The Annual ASRS Awards and Business Meeting Luncheon Banquet will be held Monday, June 5.
- An Evening Social Event, featuring drinks and hors d’oeuvres, will be held the evening of Monday, June 5.
- The Student Awards Luncheon will be held on Wednesday, June 7.
- Seeding Specialist Certification Class, hosted by Wyoming AML, will be held on Wednesday, June 7.
- The Student/Early Career Professional (ECP) Social Event will be held the evening of Tuesday, June 6.
- All refreshment breaks (coffee and tea in the mornings and soft drinks in the afternoons) will be held in the exhibit area (see exhibitor maps on the ASRS webpage under “Upcoming Meetings”).
Exhibitor Information
Sponsors and Exhibitors will be listed on the ASRS website (http://www.ASRS.us/) by name and logo, which includes a link to your company’s website. The website listing will stay on the main ASRS website for the year leading up to the 2024 Annual Meeting, in Knoxville, TN. Booth spaces are 10- foot by 8-foot and includes one, 8-foot skirted table.
Sunday June 4: Move In/Setup: 10:00am-5:00pm, Show Opens at 5:00pm, Closes at 9:00pm
Monday, June 5: Show Opens at 8:00am, Closes at 5:00
Tuesday, June 6: Opens at 8:00, Closes at 7:00
Wednesday, June 7: Show Opens at 8:00, Closes at 3:00. Move Out begins: 3:00pm
The exhibit area will be open daily during the conference and locked at night. Valuable items should not be left in the exhibit area.
