AMERICAN SOCIETY OF RECLAMATION SCIENCES 2025 ANNUAL MEETING CALL FOR ABSTRACTS/PAPERS

The 42nd Annual Meeting of the American Society of Reclamation Sciences (formerly the American Society of Mining & Reclamation) will provide an amazing opportunity for your company or organization to interface with reclamation professionals and those who influence decisions about the purchase of products and services for the mining and reclamation industry.

For the first time, the 2025 Annual Meeting will be held in Butte, Montana. Butte is one of the largest Superfund Area in the US and has a storied history of mining and reclamation. The host venue this year will be the Copper King Hotel.

We will have multiple concurrent technical sessions that will consist of three, 30-minute presentations of a variety of technical topics, see the example topics below.

This conference will focus on, but will not be limited to, the technical areas identified below and will provide a forum for the dissemination of information through presentation of research findings, field tours, workshops, and open technical discussion of public policy relating to mining, reclamation, restoration, reforestation, and land management issues. If you are interested in moderating and organizing a session, please reach out to Dustin Wasley at DWasley@haleyaldrich.com or Dr. Steve Dent at dentsr@cdmsmith.com.
